We know how difficult it can be to find a mastectomy bra, so to help make bra buying a little bit easier, we spoke to mastectomy lingerie brand, Amoena, for expert fit and style advice. Here’s what they had to say…

Q: I’m looking for pretty mastectomy bras in bright colours – I’m tired of wearing white, black and nude all the time!

A: Pretty bras brighten up our day, and thankfully there are some lovely mastectomy styles to choose from. Our range includes some gorgeous styles in the fashion colours of the season. 1. First things first, we LOVE the name ‘Yawn’! What inspired the brand name?

We wanted to create a brand that represents that brilliant time of day when you unwind and relax. I wish I could claim credit for the name itself but it was nothing to do with me – a designer we worked with thought of Yawn and we knew it was perfect instantly!

The Royal Parks Half Marathon is getting closer and the Figleaves team are still training hard to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness charity, CoppaFeel!.

We caught up with our Admin Assistant, Kelly Collier, to check her progress and find out how she’s getting on…

When I first heard about participating in the Royal Parks Half Marathon, I was 50/50 whether to join the Figleaves team. But after a little bit of thought, I decided to go for it and sign up.

I realised what an amazing achievement it would be and also a great opportunity to raise funds for our chosen charity CoppaFeel!.

I’ve accomplished many runs in the past but have never taken on a Half Marathon. I thought with plenty of training and willpower it will be fine!
