DELIVERY AND DESPATCH INFORMATION

Your order will be despatched as soon as possible once all stock is available and the payment has authorised. If your shipping confirmation email is sent before 4.30pm GMT Mon-Fri, the parcel will leave our warehouse the same day. If the email is sent after this time (or at any time on a UK public holiday), your items will leave the warehouse on our next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Please note during peak periods we may take up to 2 working days to ship.

If part of your order isn't in stock, we'll ship what we can straight away. If items belong to a matching set, we’ll hold the matching items so we can send the complete set together.

If we need to split your order, you'll only be charged once for delivery (and any gift box, if you've chosen it). However if you've asked for the order to be split, you'll need to pay postage/gift boxing on each shipment.

Gift cards will always be shipped separately from other items.

Express delivery isn't available to PO boxes. If using a company address for Saturday delivery, please check that the business does take deliveries on Saturdays, otherwise mail will be held at the local delivery office and it won't be possible to collect it until Monday.

Some services may need a signature on delivery. Our warehouse may choose to upgrade any order to a signed for service (at no additional cost to you).

We'll do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, but please allow for anything which might affect deliveries to your area (such as extreme weather, or disruption to postal services or airlines, for example). We cannot accept liability for any losses or other expenses caused by delays which are outside our control. Please be advised that orders that have not been received cannot be investigated once they are over 45 days from the expected delivery date.

Any additional delivery instructions in the address are added at your own risk; unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the delivery person will follow them.

BFPO/FPO/APO DELIVERY

To make sure your order arrives safely and the right shipping rate is applied, please make sure you enter the delivery address as follows:

 

  • Title: the rank & service no. of the recipient
  • First name/Last name: the full name of the recipient
  • Country: always select UK
  • Address: include the company, regiment or unit, and operation name (if applicable)
  • Postcode: the BFPO number

 

Do not write any other address details after the BFPO number on the address, as this can lead to mail being diverted to the wrong BFPO location.

Orders can take up to 30 days to be delivered to their final destination & are subject to local customs clearance for destinations outside the UK. Unfortunately Express Delivery isn't available to BFPO addresses.

CUSTOMS, DUTY AND TAXES

You may be liable for import duty/tax on goods entering your country. The amount of duty (if any) depends on the type of goods you buy and their value; some items can be imported without paying any duty at all. Unfortunately we can't predict what the charges might be in any particular case.

Any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the addressee. These are imposed by the customs authorities in the destination country, we have no control over them and unfortunately can't take responsibility for them.

We're legally obliged to declare the full value of the goods on all packages shipping outside the EU, so please don't ask us to do otherwise as it won't be possible.

If delivery can't be completed due to unpaid import duties, when the parcel comes back to us a £20 fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the return charges and fees that we're billed by the carrier.

GIFT BOXING

Most items can be gift boxed in our beautiful branded gift box.

To make someone's day, just select the gift box option at checkout. You'll also be given the option to add your own message.

The cost for gift boxing is £3.50, whatever the value of your order.

Items that are gift boxed will be removed from their individual packaging, then wrapped in tissue paper before going in the gift box, so your gift is beautifully presented with no extra packaging in the way.

You can have it shipped either to yourself (so you can hand it over in person), or direct to the lucky recipient - just enter the relevant delivery details at checkout.

No prices or invoices are included, only a despatch note listing the items included.

The cost of any gift boxes won't be refunded if the items are returned. Any replacement items you ask for also won't be gift boxed, so if you chose a gift box with your original order you may want to keep this.
