Rated 5 out of 5 by Dogwoman from Warm & comfortable I have tried many pop ups in the past but these are the most comfortable that I have ever bought. I have purchased couple more pairs since even though they are certainly not cheap. They are very warm, fit well and will last a long time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by londonbra from much too tight elastic. falke tights are amazing: these socks are not. even on my skinny pins, the elasticated top digs in uncomfortably, and leaves a dent whether worn pulled up or ruched at the ankle. will definitely not ever be buying these again. falke fail.

Rated 5 out of 5 by coldfeet from My winter socks I have a number of pairs of these socks. I get cold feet and find them invaluable throughout the winter. They keep me warm, while being thin enough for ordinary shoes to be comfortable. The top elastic stays in place without restricting. I have size 4.5 feet and find the 37-38 size fits perfectly. Ordinary one size socks are too big. I always wash them on delicate setting, they stay true to size. With approximate weekly wear over the colder months, they last about 2 years.

Rated 5 out of 5 by tuesdays from I love these socks, perfect elasticity at top not to leave an indent in your leg but still stay up and perfectly neat and soft to wear under trousers when it is chilly, also great as a cosy base layer under thick walking socks and boots for winter walking. Great value too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by jenjen from Lovely socks Very pleased with these. They're thinner than I expected, but that's probably a good thing as they will fit into shoes. Also a very welcome change to find socks that aren't 'one size' as those never fit a 42 foot. These are a perfect fit on the foot. In this size they could do with being a tiny bit longer in the leg though - I would've thought people with this shoe size are likely to have longer legs, I certainly do.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Siofra from Heaven Bought these in the pale colour- think it's linen or oatmeal. They are beautiful socks. I bought with 20% off so I think they were excellent value, sorry I didn't buy more at the price. I'm size 37 but sometimes a 36 foot and bought these in 37 and they are perfect. Soft but not fluffy, woolly but not scratchy, fine but cosy. Wear stretched out on a sheepskin by the fire reading Austen or on a chilly morning in Autumn eating breakfast. Go on you deserve it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kristinilla from Expensive but nice I love these socks! They are expensive but they are comfy, warm, and look nice on. They stay up but the elastic is not too tight and doesn't leave a mark. I haven't had them long enough to know how well they last, but so far my only complaint is that the 'juniper' colour is nothing like on the web - the 'juniper' ones i got were a kind of electric blue. The linen colour is very nice, though, and matches the picture, and so is the shetland ...
