To help prevent any fraudulent orders, we use an automatic anti-fraud system that checks each order we receive. A number of these orders are manually reviewed by our Fraud Protection Team who will then take the appropriate action to deal with any potential threats.
Our system is programmed to analyse everything from billing address to order type, basket value and order frequency, not to mention various other methods.
If we suspect an order is fraudulent, we will review the order on the day it is placed to alleviate any possible delays to our customers.
Our dedicated IT team are highly vigilant when it comes to potential security violations and we are always working to continuously improve our systems.
The security controls we have in place are designed to prevent unauthorised access to customer data. This includes, restricted access, the encryption of certain customer data and warning systems that alert us if something is awry.
