Order Tracking

ORDER STATUS

The My Account section of the website will display a list of all the orders you've placed and their current status. Orders take about five minutes to appear in our system after they've been placed on the website. If you have checked out as a guest, this information will not be available.

Once an order has been shipped it will show as ‘completed’, and you'll also get an email to let you know it's on its way. Please then allow the relevant delivery time. If we sent your shipping confirmation email before 9pm Mon-Fri or 3pm Sunday, then the goods will leave our warehouse the same day. If the email was sent after this time (or at any time on a UK public holiday), your goods will be collected by the carrier on our next business day.

In the unlikely event that, after allowing the appropriate shipping time there's still no sign of your parcel, please let us know and we'll begin an investigation for you with the carrier.

Any non-receipt issues need to be reported to us within 45 days of the date of shipping. Carriers only allow investigation within certain time frames, so unfortunately after this time we'd be unable to assist.

If we ship out a replacement parcel in the event of a parcel not arriving in the stipulated time we will need one of the parcels to be returned to us or the items can be kept and we can charge your card. If you return the parcel to us using your local delivery service, we will refund the cost of the postage. However, should you request a collection service we can arrange this but you will be charged for this service.

UK ORDER TRACKING

Yodel Delivery Orders

All Yodel orders will have a tracking number. You will be able to track your order on the Yodel website.

Yodel will attempt to deliver your parcel to you, a neighbour or a safe place where possible. If no-one is available to receive the parcel, Yodel will attempt to deliver your parcel three times over three consecutive working days. If not delivered, it will be returned to the local Yodel service centre and held for a further seven days.

CollectPlus Delivery Orders

All CollectPlus orders will have a tracking number. You will be able to track your order on the CollectPlus website.

CollectPlus will deliver your parcel to your chosen store location. Once it has arrived, you will receive a text and an email informing you that the parcel is ready to be picked up, along with the details on how to pick up the parcel. The parcel will be held for 10 days; if you do not pick it up at this point, it will then be returned to us. For more information on using CollectPlus please see the FAQ.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER TRACKING

Please note that if you used our guest checkout you will unfortunately be unable to track your parcel.

Standard Delivery Orders

Standard delivery orders will not have a tracking number and will be delivered by your local postal service. Please allow up to 30 working days.

Standard delivery parcels don’t need a signature, but if they don’t fit through your letterbox and you are not home, then a card should be left to let you know delivery was attempted, together with details of where you can collect it from/how to rearrange delivery.

Express Delivery Orders

Express delivery orders will have a tracking number and will be delivered by DHL Express.

Deliveries will need a signature, so if no-one is available to sign for the parcel it'll be returned to the local DHL depot, and a card left advising you what happens next.

US Tracked Delivery Orders

US tracked delivery orders are sent with Royal Mail within the UK and then passed to USPS within the US. The order can be tracked on both RM and USPS.
