The Role

We are looking for a Buyer’s Admin Assistant to provide excellent all round administrative support to the Buying team. The role will involve close and accurate management of purchase order lines and the critical path alongside other duties, and so attention to detail, accuracy, enthusiasm, adaptability and efficiency is essential. You will ideally have spent time in a retail Head Office and will have a keen understanding of the Buying and Merchandising functions, have the ability to multi-task and strong organisational skills. This role reports to the Assistant Buyer and Buyer.
