The Role - 34hrs p/w, 4pm to 10pm on a flexible pattern weekend rolling rota

The award winning Customer Service team is responsible for answering a large volume of customer telephone calls, online chats and emails and maintaining the high reputation of the company by providing excellent service to customers. Customer Service Agents also provide the Personal Shopper service for customers, offering product and fitting advice and taking orders.
