The Role

The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing Global multichannel marketing and PR strategies with the aim of raising brand awareness, driving sales, new customer acquisition and customer retention and loyalty. This role is focused on driving the brand forward, through compelling and market leading multi channel creative and communications executed to the highest standards and designed to build brand equity.

As the company brand guardian, this role is accountable for all design, imagery and copy across all channels. The Head of Marketing is a people and product expert working closely with external agencies and Senior Managers from all departments ensuring the brand, product, customer and website strategies are aligned. The role also works closely with the Digital Marketing department to further marketing and business strategy.

As one of the most fast paced and reactive groups in the business, the Head of Marketing will need to be a motivational and commercial leader comfortable with making quick decisions. With a strong focus on learning and development, the role will be engaged with developing the marketing, PR, creative, coding, photography and imaging teams.
