DELIVERY AND DESPATCH INFORMATION
Your order will be despatched as soon as possible once all stock is available and the payment has authorised. If your shipping confirmation email is sent before 11.30am EST Mon-Fri, the parcel will leave our warehouse the same day. If the email is sent after this time (or at any time on a UK public holiday), your items will leave the warehouse on our next working day. Working days are Monday to Friday (except public holidays). Please note during peak periods we may take up to 2 working days to ship.
If part of your order isn't in stock, we'll ship what we can straight away. If items belong to a matching set, we’ll hold the matching items so we can send the complete set together.
If we need to split your order, you'll only be charged once for delivery (and any gift box, if you've chosen it). However if you've asked for the order to be split, you'll need to pay postage/gift boxing on each shipment.
Gift cards will always be shipped separately from other items.
We ship to most countries, with a few exceptions. You can see if your country is listed at the checkout, or when entering a new address in the address book section of your account.
Delivery restrictions apply for some countries, as below:
Standard delivery only:
- Azores (select Portugal at checkout)
- Madeira (select Portugal at checkout)
- St Helena
Express delivery only:
- South Africa
Deliveries to APO AND FPO addresses will usually arrive at the US APO/FPO mail facility within our usual delivery schedules above, but onward delivery times from there will vary depending on the final destination.
Express delivery isn't available to PO boxes. If using a company address for Saturday delivery, please check that the business does take deliveries on Saturdays, otherwise mail will be held at the local delivery office and it won't be possible to collect it until Monday.
Some services may need a signature on delivery. Our warehouse may choose to upgrade any order to a signed for service (at no additional cost to you).
We'll do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time, but please allow for anything which might affect deliveries to your area (such as extreme weather, or disruption to postal services or airlines, for example). We cannot accept liability for any losses or other expenses caused by delays which are outside our control. Please be advised that orders that have not been received cannot be investigated once they are over 45 days from the expected delivery date.
Any additional delivery instructions in the address are added at your own risk; unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the delivery person will follow them.

US tracked delivery orders are sent with Deutsche Post within the UK and then passed to USPS within the US. The order can be tracked on both Deutsche Post and USPS.
* Subject to local customs clearance for destinations outside the UK. All orders are shipped from the UK, and you may be liable to pay import duty or tax on goods entering your country. Some areas may take up to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and all bank holidays.

Orders shipped to remote areas of any country may take longer to ship as agencies may be used for some isolated areas.

To make sure your order to an APO or FPO address arrives safely & the correct shipping rate is applied, please complete the delivery details at checkout as follows:
- Title: the rank & service no. of the recipient
- First name / Last name: the full name of the recipient
- Country: always select US
- Address: include the company, regiment or unit, location and country
- City: Enter 'APO' or 'FPO'
- If the recipient is stationed in Africa / Europe / Canada / Middle East, select 'Armed Forces Europe'
- If the recipient is stationed in the Americas, select 'Armed Forces Americas'
- If the recipient is stationed in Asia / Pacific, select 'Armed Forces Pacific'

All goods are shipped from the UK. You may be liable to pay import duty or tax on goods entering your country. The amount of duty, if any, depends on the type of goods and their value; some items can be imported without paying any duty at all. Unfortunately we can't predict what the charges might be in any particular case. You may want to keep your total basket value below the customs duty threshold in your country - for imports to the US this is currently around $800.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and can't take responsibility for them, as they're imposed by the customs authorities in the destination country.

We're legally obliged to declare the full value of the goods on all packages going outside the EU, so please don't ask us to do otherwise as it won't be possible.
If your order can't be delivered due to import duties not being paid, then when it's returned to us a $25 fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the charges & return fees imposed on us by the carrier.
