April 2009Our first own brand womenswear fashion collection – figleaves Woman - launches as well as the introduction of priemium womenswear brands Hudson, Citizen and American Vintage.

March launches exclusive brands Butterfly Blue, Midnight Grace, figleaves lingerie and Scarlet Rose. In response to customer feedback, we re-launch our catalogue programme.

December 2008The Personal Shopper launches allowing customers to be guided through the site by our expert team receiving specialist advice in finding that essential product for themselves or for a gift.

November 2008Our own brand lingerie collection figleaves Basics is launched on site. Our first Christmas advertising campaign appears in the National Press.

October 2008Which? voted us top in the Clothes, Shoes and Accessories category praising our "large selection", "quality delivery service" and "excellent returns process".

We win the Shopzilla Circle of Excellence Gold Award - shoppers using the leading price comparison website rated us as 'excellent' in various areas including overall satisfaction, choice, ease of use, on-time delivery and customer service.

September 2008Our site gets a new brand look and feel, with a new colour palette and logo.

October 2009Julia Reynolds is named as new chief executive officer, joining from Tesco, where she was instrumental in building the clothing operation into one of the fastest growing and most successful in the sector.

October 2007figleaves' customer service team wins Best Online Customer Service team at the 2007 People in Retail Awards.

September 2007We’re ranked the most reliable UK online retailer for delivery in the eDigital Research Benchmark 2007 study.

August moves to a new warehouse in Haverhill, Suffolk. At 56,000sq ft, it is over two and a half times the size of the previous facilities and has the capacity to handle planned expansion into Europe.
