Order Tracking

Please note that Order Tracking is only available on Tracked Delivery options once shipped. If you used our guest checkout you will unfortunately be unable to track your parcel.

Tracking your order has never been simpler. All you need to do is:

  1. 1. Log into your account
  2. 2. Go to orders
  3. 3. Select the order you would like to track and click on the 'Track your Order' button

Alternatively you can click the link in your delivery confirmation email to check the progress of your order.

UK Customers

> Hermes Order Tracking

Hermes will attempt to deliver your parcel to you, a neighbour or a safe place where possible. If no-one is available to receive the parcel, Hermes will attempt to deliver your parcel three times over three consecutive working days.

> CollectPlus Order Tracking

CollectPlus will deliver your parcel to your chosen store location. Once it has arrived, you will receive a text and an email informing you that the parcel is ready to be picked up, along with the details on how to pick up the parcel. The parcel will be held for 10 days; if you do not pick it up at this point, it will then be returned to us.
